Dr. Amir Bahman Radnejad is founder of 1388 Consulting. He is a visionary and engaging leader and entrepreneur with more than 10 years of high profile progression and recognition for maintaining the highest standards of leadership performance. This includes delivering strategic, consultative business advice to clients seeking to enter various global markets along with expertise in areas of revenue/profit generation, new business development and market share expansion. He has been featured on numerous radio and TV programs and has been an invited speaker at prestigious universities, international and national business management conferences. He has an extensive background in energy (renewable and non- renewable) and digital industries.
In addition to his business activities, he is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at the State University of New York at Brockport, New York, USA, where he researches sustainable development and innovation strategies in the energy industry, and teaches topics about strategy, entrepreneurship and international business.
He earned his Ph.D. in Strategy & Global Management from the University of Calgary, Canada, and his Masters in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from University of Manchester, UK, and BSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Tehran, Iran.
Brenda Nguyen, Ph.D., is the leadership scientist at 1388 Consulting. She is passionate about leader character and has delivered workshops for national and international organizations. She has spoken about leader character at international conferences and she brings her decision-making expertise, in which she’s published in prestigious business and management journals, to this workshop. Further, Dr. Nguyen also has a strong foundation in statistical analysis and has expert knowledge in quantitative research methods.
In addition to her leadership and coaching activities, she is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Dhillon School of Business, University of Lethbridge (Calgary Campus) where she trains business graduates on leadership development, and ethical decision making.
She earned her Ph.D in Human Resource and Organizational Dynamics and MSc. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary, Canada, and her BSc in Life Science at the University of Toronto, Canada.
