Amir Bahman Radnejad, PhD
Dr. Amir Bahman Radnejad is a distinguished entrepreneur, business consultant, and academic with over a decade of expertise in business development, commercialization and innovation strategies. As the founder of 1388 Consulting, he provides strategic guidance to clients seeking to grow their businesses and navigate global markets.
In addition to his business endeavors, Dr. Radnejad is an Associate Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Interim Chair of Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Social Innovation at the Bissett School of Business, Mount Royal University in Calgary, Canada. His research focuses on sustainable development and innovation strategies, making him a sought-after speaker at business management conferences worldwide. Before joining Mount Royal University, he served as a faculty member at the State University of New York at Brockport (USA), Susquehanna University (USA), and the University of Calgary (Canada), where he contributed to the Haskayne School of Business and the School of Public Policy.
Dr. Radnejad earned his Ph.D. in Strategy and Global Management with a specialization in Energy and Environmental Systems from the University of Calgary, Canada. He holds a Master’s degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran, Iran. His credentials also include a certification in Design Thinking from Harvard Business School Online.

Brenda Nguyen, PhD
Dr. Brenda Nguyen is a respected leadership consultant, coach, and strategist with extensive experience helping organizations enhance leadership and improve performance. As 1388 Consulting, she provides tailored insights to empower clients and drive sustainable growth.
With a Ph.D. in Human Resource and Organizational Dynamics and an MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary, Dr. Nguyen combines academic expertise with practical experience. Beyond her consulting work, Dr. Nguyen has made significant contributions as an Associate Professor of Management at the Dhillon School of Business, University of Lethbridge (Calgary Campus). Her work focuses on leadership development, ethical decision-making, and organizational effectiveness, which she has applied through impactful workshops and coaching for national and international organizations.
