Amir Bahman Radnejad, PhD, President
Dr. Amir Bahman Radnejad is an accomplished entrepreneur, business consultant, and academic. He is the founder of 1388 Consulting, where he provides strategic advice to clients seeking to expand their businesses into global markets. With over 10 years of experience in business development, revenue and profit generation, and market share expansion, Dr. Radnejad has been recognized for his high standards of leadership performance and has been featured on various radio and TV programs.
Aside from his business activities, Dr. Radnejad is also an Associate Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Bissett School of Business, Mount Royal University in Calgary, Canada. He is known for his research on sustainable development and innovation strategies and has been invited to speak at numerous international and national business management conferences. Prior to joining MRU, he was a business faculty member at the State University of New York at Brockport and Susquehanna University in the USA, and has also taught at the Haskayne School of Business and the School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary.
Dr. Radnejad holds a Ph.D. in Strategy & Global Management (Energy and Environmental System Specialization) from the University of Calgary, Canada, a Masters in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester, UK, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran, Iran. He has also received Design Thinking certification from Harvard Business School Online.

Brenda Nguyen, PhD, Senior Leadership Consultant
Dr. Brenda Nguyen is a renowned leadership consultant, coach, and scholar with extensive experience in delivering workshops and seminars for national and international organizations. As the senior leadership consultant and coach at 1388 Consulting, she provides valuable insights to clients seeking to improve their leadership capabilities and organizational performance.
In addition to her consulting and coaching activities, Dr. Nguyen is also an Associate Professor of Management at the Dhillon School of Business, University of Lethbridge (Calgary Campus). Her research and teaching focus on leadership development, ethical decision making, and organizational dynamics. She has published numerous research papers in academic journals and has presented her work at various national and international conferences.
Dr. Nguyen earned her Ph.D. in Human Resource and Organizational Dynamics and her MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary, Canada. She obtained her BSc in Life Science from the University of Toronto, Canada. Her academic achievements, combined with her extensive experience in leadership consulting and coaching, make her a highly respected authority in the field of leadership and organizational behavior.

Alireza Safari, Media Consultant
Alireza Safari is the media consultant at 1388 Consulting. He has been active in the fields of digital marketing and content marketing for nearly 10 years. He has worked with a number of businesses and start-ups in establishing a content marketing strategy. In addition to working with a number of start-ups, he worked as the supervisor for the online content creation team at Safir Language Academy in Tehran and is currently in charge of content strategy and innovation at 3pfilm, a start-up advertising/marketing firm based in Toronto, Ontario.
He earned his MA in applied linguistics with focus on second language acquisition and his BSc in Physics at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, Iran.
Mahsa Makhmalianfar, Marketing Specialist
Mahsa Makhmalinfar is the marketing specialist at 1388 Consulting. Proir to joining 1388, Mahsa was marketing specialist at Zanjan-Wire, a construction supplier company for clsoe to 8 years.
Mahsa earned has earned her BA in statistics from the Islamic Azad University (IAU)- Central Tehran campus and she is currently an MBA student at Niagira University.
