Dr. Amir Bahman Radnejad is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and academic with over two decades of experience in innovation strategy, business development, and organizational development. As the founder of 1388 Consulting, he provides strategic guidance to organizations seeking to grow, innovate, and navigate increasingly complex global business environments.

Bahman works with organizations and executives to tackle intricate strategic challenges, develop their innovation strategy, enhance innovation capabilities, and identify new opportunities, translating ideas into practical business outcomes. His approach merges rigorous, evidence-based thinking with hands-on leadership consulting, effectively bridging the challenging gap between strategy and execution.

In addition to his consulting work, Bahman serves as an Associate Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Mount Royal University. His research focuses on innovation strategy, corporate innovation, sustainability, and the energy sector. He is particularly recognized for developing the concepts of Imposed Innovation and Redline Innovation, which aid organizations in managing innovation under external pressures and strategic constraints. His research is published in international academic journals and informs his consulting and executive education across Canada and the United States.

Beyond academia, Bahman possesses extensive entrepreneurial and consulting experience, holding leadership roles in technology, consulting, and business ventures. He has advised various organizations on innovation strategy, commercialization, business development, and growth, actively engaging with executives and professionals through MBA, Executive MBA, and DBA programs.

Bahman earned a PhD in Strategy and Global Management from the University of Calgary, an MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran.

Dr. Brenda Nguyen is a leadership consultant and executive coach, as well as an academic specializing in leadership development, organizational behavior, and human resource management. At 1388 Consulting, she collaborates with leaders and organizations to enhance leadership capabilities, implement effective innovation strategies, and cultivate workplaces where both people and performance can thrive.

Brenda integrates her expertise in organizational psychology, human resources, and management to assist organizations in addressing complex people and leadership challenges. Her leadership consulting approach merges evidence-based insights with practical applications, empowering leaders to refine their decision-making, navigate organizational change, develop high-performing teams, and foster more effective and responsible workplaces.

In addition to her consulting work, Brenda serves as an Associate Professor at the Dhillon School of Business at the University of Lethbridge, focusing on leadership, organizational behavior, and human resources. Her research interests include leadership development, ethical decision-making, employee and organizational well-being, and understanding how broader social and organizational forces shape people's work experiences.

Brenda has extensive experience working with professionals, executives, and organizations through leadership consulting, executive education, coaching, workshops, and tailored organizational development initiatives. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable organizational performance begins with capable leaders, healthy organizational systems, and a profound understanding of people.

Brenda holds a PhD in Human Resource and Organizational Dynamics and an MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary.
